Established 2015, Spirit Ape Films is committed to building a trustworthy brand of unignorable micro-budget cinema that will draw audiences and investors to a unique body of work. We develop, finance, and produce films in a way that exemplifies a new ethos of filmmaking in the 21st century. Utilizing smart marketing, flexible distribution and responsible production modalities, we aim to make films that promote the growth of the form — both intellectually and directly. We look for films that expose even the smallest corners of existence and artfully push boundaries. We often identify with films that dive into the gray areas of social structures and launch an unapologetic investigation into the foibles of human nature.
